No-return is accepted
A return will only be accepted in the event that the item is damaged
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, made to measure) We also do not accept returns or exchange of products purchased in promotions or discounts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We are unable to accept exchange on merchandise damaged by the customer
In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept exchange of underwear, swimwear, linen Jewelry unless damaged or faulty.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchange on sale items.
